Internet Marketers Need Time Management

The most important part of any successful Internet Business is Time Management.  Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a firm belief in time management to manage my time on a daily basic.   It also gives your life meaning.  You know what you need to do to get to a certain point in your life.  You life becomes focussed and managable.  As an Internet Marketer,  I would not be able to get through everything I need to do each day,  if I did not have my time management schedule.    It is easy to become distracted.  Spending too long going through your emails.  You need to know a few basic key principles before you start.

You need to create your own personal blue print and schedule to work to.   It will take time. You also need to remember that not timetable must be in concrete.  You need to allow yourself  at least 2 hours a day for the unexpected or just something that you need to or catch up with.    I have some great tips and hints for making up your personal time management schedule. 

You need to examine your old habits and look for ways to change them.  Put up reminders at home and office about your goals.  You should always be on the lookout for look at ways to free up your time.  As your time schedule starts to take shape,  you should find that some tasks will take a shorter time to complete and that will give you more time to work with.  Make sure you have practical and achievable goals for yourself.  It took me a couple of months to actually get a time management schedule that works well for me. 

You need to remember to include everything you have to do in a day. House work,  going to work,  it you work outside of the home,   collecting the children from school, social events and so on. Here are a few key guidelines you can work with.

List a set of things to do for the day
Make a checklist
List Down Your Activities
Allocating Time
Know What You Want To Accomplish
Don’t Make Your List Of Actions Too Long
Identify and set up your priorities
Learn how to say “NO”
List a set of things to do for the day
Dividing your workload
Set small goals for yourself

You need to concentrate one one task at a time.  Estimate the time it will take to complete that task.  Do so with all the things listed on your list. You might have to take a couple of days to your basic list.

I hope this has given you a good few ideas on how to start your own personal time management system. Remember if you find that you are not completing your tasks for the day then you need to take a long hard look and see where you are wasting your time or you might need to break up some tasks into smaller bits.

Time Management is there to help relieve stress not add to it.  Your time management should always be a work in progress.  taking off when completed and adding new as when necessary.

You use personalization tags in the setup section of your free autoresponder. You look professional and Your subscribers feel as if you are talking directly too them.  That helps with building trust and loyalty with your list of subscribers.

Email personalization tags are also known as subscriber tags or email name tags. You should test Your messages before sending them out.  Sign up to your own Autoresponder and check how the messages are coming to You.  See that all the Tags are working and are automatically placing in the information for which you set Your tags.  Nothing looks worse than an email that has the tags in and no information.  It puts You in a bad light and You do not know what you are doing. Test and Test again, is My motto.

To set up your personalization tags.
Once you have logged in click on the Messages tab,  It will open up a dropdown menu,Click on the edit/new/add text.  On this page you will be able to find the Personalization tags that you will need to personalize your emails for each Individual subscriber.

Here is a list of these autoresponder personalization tags You can use:

To configure You Email Headers and Footers:

Under the configurations tab click on e-mail header and footers tab, here you will set up the confirmation email header and footer for Your Email campaigns.   You use personalization tags in the setup section of Your free autoresponder.   You look professional and your subscribers
feel as if you are talking directly to them.  That helps with building Trust and loyalty with your list of subscribers. Email personalization tags are also known as subscriber tags.  This is where you set up the confirmation e-mail message sent to your subscribers to have them confirm their wish to subscribe to your autoresponder if your account type requires confirmation of your subscribers.  Do not put a sales message here, your goal is to get your subscribers to confirm their wishes to receive e-mail from your autoresponder not to sell them here,  that is what the follow up messages are for.

Your Account requires subscribers to confirm. (Y=Yes N=No): Y     If N above you do not need to set this up. 
Word of warning:
All autoresponder should be set to “Yes” or “y” because if it is set to no then you leave yourself open to be reported for spam. That is why you should make sure that you are protected and your subscribers have double opted in to receive your email campaign.  Double optin means they fill out the form on your lead capture page, they then will receive your confirm email with a link on that they need to click to Confirm that they want to be on your list.

Set up Your confirmation tags using the following tags in Your confirmation e-mail message:

[DATE] = Today’s Date
[SUBIP] = Subscribers IP number – only available with form subscriptions.
[FNAME] = Subscribers First Name
[LNAME] = Subscribers Last Name
[SUBEMAIL] = Subscribers E-mail
[AUTONAME] = Autoresponder Name
[AUTOFROM] = Autoresponder From Name
[OWNEREMAIL] = Autoresponder’s From E-Mail Address

What is cache, temporary internet files and registry cleaner?

Cache or temporary internet files is a collection of data that duplicates the originals stored somewhere else. That means that a cache is a temporary storage area for frequently visited or used folders so you are able to access them in a hurry.

Storing these files in your cache can make browsing the Web faster because it usually takes your computer less time to display a Web page when it can call up some of the page’s elements or even the entire page from your local Temporary Internet Files folder.

Clearing your cache or your temporary internet files makes your computer tidy and will run faster and smoother. You should clear your cache before doing any deep scan as well.

There are a few ways to do it or you can just download the ccleaner and run it after each time you have been on the internet. Run your ccleaner at least once a day.

I personally use my cclearner at least 8 to 10 times per day and if I am creating websites, I use it much more.
